Holistic Health Assessment

Prior to the Zoom consult, clients complete an intake form to help as a guide during the visit. Much of the initial visit involves me listening to the clients story and then finding the best place to begin a holistic health journey. Happily Holistic recognizes the importance of this process and allows the client the time and space necessary to share their wants and needs. We will then be able to create an individually tailored plan that starts the client on their journey of holistic health.
A follow-up visit is included and will be scheduled within the next 30 days to check in and answer any questions.
Group Social Wellness
